Kettlebell is of excellent quality and has a very smooth grip hence less likely to develop blisters after prolonged training sessions; though make sure to use some chalk when using barehanded. I am now at the level of 20kg and will very likely buy bigger kettlebells from the same vendor in the future."

"I purchased the 24kg and the 40kg bell and both are excellent value for money. However, before you use a kettlebell, make sure you know how to use it by reading and instruction book like (the what will become a cult classic) "Enter the Kettlebell" by Pavel Tsatouline and buy a 16kg kettlebell first. Just this book and an eventual collection consiting of: 16kg, 20kg and 24kg Rawfit kettlebells are all you need to get ripped and in superb condition. The 40kg is excellent but I can only use it for swings, cleans and deadlifts, which at 40kg is still an extreme workout."
